COVID-19 ‘No Touch’ Policy

For your health and safety and our team members, we have now implemented the following:

• Try to maintain 1.5 metres of separation
• We wash and sanitise our hands
• Protective equipment worn at all times
• We will always greet you with a smile, no more physical contact (ie. Shaking hands)
• We offer contactless payment options

Please note if any of our team members begin to show signs of any illness, they will be

directed to seek medical advice and follow the standard procedures issued by Queensland
Health Department.

Please notify our office if you have been requested to self-isolate, still quite happy to
continue to work with you. However, extra precautions will need to be adhered to (extra PPE
equipment).
